Conclusion

This lifestyle is not for everyone. When you start a new diet and once you’ve accomplished your goal of eating well, losing weight and enhancing your physique, don’t expect to start eating the way you used to and expect to look great! It’s not going to happen, you will be very disappointed. This is a lifestyle that is “Simply….For Life”.

When you set goals and objectives, you owe it to yourself to follow through on whatever you’ve chosen to do in order to fulfill your livelihood; whether its running, jogging, weight training or dieting.

The 3 important factors to remember are these percentages of how you would like to look:
* Exercise – 10% effort
* Diet – 80% effort
* Motivation – 10% effort
